Our Budget priced Premium Plus (9th Floor) rooms are without doubt our best selling studio rooms and come with basic furnishings, and a unique customized menu which allows our guests to pick and choose their requirements, depending on budget.

Premium Plus rooms are available with either a Kingsize bed or 2 queen size beds and a choice of a walk in shower or a bathtub with handheld shower. 

Please note the standard room furnishings.

Price per month : THB 13,600.- 

Residential rooms are only available to rent by the month.
Prices shown do not include water and electricity, internet, bed linen, cleaning. (Water and electricity usage is charged separately as per the meter readings)


Optional Extras:
Room Cleaning Package A : 3,500 Baht (Single Bed)  I  4,000 Baht (Twin Bed)
Package includes: 1.Daily Room cleaning and towel service  2.Change of Bedding once a week

Room Cleaning Package B : 2,400 Baht (Single Bed)  I  2,900 Baht (Twin Bed)
Package includes: 1.Room cleaning and towel service twice a week  2.Change of Bedding once a week

Room Cleaning Package C : Starting from 500 baht per time.
Package includes: Only Cleaning

Available to rent (Subject to availability)

FRIDGE                   800 baht per month
MICROWAVE          400 baht per month
Special Package :   TV and Fridge 1,200 baht per month.
